The beautiful Casa Catiana is as traditional as you can get and is the quintessence of Spanish character. With barrel-shaped architecture, classic terracotta roofs, white stucco exteriors, and arcades of arches, this delightful property oozes charm in every corner and offers a true taste of the vibrant island of Mallorca. The perfect idyllic getaway sat in a quiet corner of the laid-back resort town of Cala D’Or, known for its calm waters, sandy bays and family-friendly vibe. You could spend a whole day exploring its charming cobbled streets and whitewashed buildings, which echo the island’s rich history. For beach lovers, the spellbinding white-sand beaches of Cala Esmeralda and Cala Gran are just a short walk away.

The interiors are just as charming as the outside, designed in a way to beautifully reflect a typical Spanish home with its exposed beams and wooden furnishings, but with a modern twist. The lounge, dining and kitchen areas are spread across the ground floor to create a spacious open-plan living area for the whole family to relax together. Casa Catiana comfortably sleeps up to ten adults with two doubles and three twin bedrooms, Casa Catiana is an idyllic getaway for a large family or group of friends.

Our favourite part? The outdoor living. With a private and peaceful outdoor patio circled by a gorgeous backdrop of lush greenery, you could spend hours out there relaxing in pure bliss. Catch some rays on the sub beds or unwind with a book on one of the outdoor armchairs. There’s even an upper balcony terrace if you’re craving some quiet R&R time to yourself, served with some incredible views over Cala D’Or. For some reprieve from the heat, there’s nothing better than a cooling afternoon swim in the kidney-shaped swimming pool. With a spacious veranda featuring a dining table and an inbuilt barbecue, dinner time has never looked so good when spent soaking in the sea breezes and watching the sun slowly set.
