Set over two levels; the property comprises of a lounge with patio doors leading out to a pergola with dining facilities. Also on the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen, a twin bedroom and a shower room. Stairs lead up to the first floor where a twin bedroom and double bedroom share a bathroom. The lounge and all bedrooms come equipped with air-conditioning and WiFi is available.
Outside is where you will be spending most of your time, enjoying the kidney shaped swimming pool that is set to the corner of the villa. The pool is electrically heated* and this will be included in the price between November and April. A brick BBQ and covered pergola with dining facilities are at your disposal to dine alfresco under the Canarian stars.
For your convenience, Gran Sur shopping centre, with a large supermarket, is only a few minutes’ walk away and Fanabe beach can be reached within 20 minutes’ downhill walk or a 5 minute drive.
