On entering Villa Barraca you’ll be welcomed by electric gates and a spacious driveway suitable for two cars. However, with Villa Barac’s convenient location, cars are optional. First impressions are everything and the stunning views of the Tramuntana Mountains from the garden terrace really are sensational. With a large brick-built BBQ and alfresco dining, situated under a traditional covered terrace, you won’t need to go far for a relaxing day by the pool. Sun loungers line the refreshing pool, with beautiful mosaics and soft lawn on either side. Off the covered terrace, a doorway leads you into the kitchen. This beautifully painted green kitchen comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and breakfast bar. Ideal for a morning coffee and croissant. Continue through and you’ll notice the lounge area, with a sloped beamed ceiling, whitewashed walls and a rustic dining table. Two of the three bedrooms reside on the ground floor, one twin and one double room all featuring air conditioning on a timer. Two full bathrooms complete the ground floor.
The first floor is home to the third bedroom. Complete with two single beds, beamed ceilings and a private balcony with rattan furnishings and views of the private pool below.
