Description
Villa Crever is a 200 year old property that’s been carefully renovated, bringing in a fresh lease of life whilst still retaining its charming character.
Initially, we were overwhelmed by the terrace. Where shall we start? The large 11 x 5m pool is stunning, with classical roman steps and surrounded by padded sun loungers, comfortable garden furniture and an exterior day bed. Spend your days relaxing under the sun in comfort. Want a bit of shade? Then have a game of pool or table tennis under the covered terrace. If your holiday is centered around alfresco cooking then Villa Crever is for you. With a large covered outdoor kitchen and dining area, fitted with a brick-built BBQ, basin and perfectly tiled red worktops you’ll be able to cook outdoors come rain or shine.
Let’s step inside! On entering this gorgeous villa you’ll be taken in by its contrast of modern and old. Its fresh white walls and grey floor tiles accompany the sandy stone walls and natural beamed ceilings perfectly. The staircase to your left is beautifully carved and gives us castle vibes. The entrance is host to a small seating area but continue through the stone vaulted arch and you’ll come to the dining area. Light and airy with a modern dining table and doors to the terrace. Take a left and you’ll be in the kitchen, bright white but remaining features such as the deep basin and stonework. We love it! The lounge has a large L-shaped sofa and a Smart TV with wireless internet connection allowing you to enjoy streaming sites on your own accounts.
Head up the stairs to the first floor and you’ll find the five bedrooms, three doubles and two twin rooms, all decorated to a minimalistic standard with pure white walls throughout and all featuring complimentary air conditioning. The master double features an ensuite.
Situated in-between three gorgeous towns, Pollensa Old Town, Port de Pollensa and Cala San Vicente you won’t be stuck with things to do and beaches to see. Cala San Vicente features multiple small cove-style beaches, ideal for snorkeling and a must-see for beach lovers, whilst Pollensa Old Town really is worth a visit for those history lovers out there. Follow in the footsteps of the Knights Templar who helped to build this stunning ancient town. Some of the architecture is still visible today.
