Nestled amongst the Mallorcan countryside, Villa Cuxach Joan exhibits breathtaking views of the Tramuntana Mountains. The terrace provides the perfect backdrop to this magnificent scene. You can’t miss the mountain tops that tower over the evergreen terrace, there’s even an orange tree hidden in the garden. Can you spot it? The large chlorine pool with its roman steps looks inviting on a warm summers afternoon. Take a dip and cool off, or maybe enjoy a glass of homemade sangria under the covered terrace. You can also try your hand at alfresco cooking on the large brick-built BBQ. An external utility room with a washing machine and an outside shower room completes the outdoor terrace. 

As you enter Villa Cuxach Joan you come to the lounge, with comfortable seating, wooden beams and a beautiful arched window. A door to the left leads you into the kitchen, fully equipped with a fridge freezer, dishwasher and dining table. The first bedroom, which consists of twin beds and air conditioning completes the ground floor. On the first floor you’ll find the remaining three bedrooms. One twin room and two doubles, all with air conditioning and sharing two separate full family bathrooms. 

A drive of just over 5 minutes will take you into the heart of Pollensa Old Town. With its bustling bars and traditional restaurants lining the old market square, you won’t have to look far for an evening full of delicious food and local liquors…
