Villa Juanita sits a gentle walk from one of the best beaches on the island and the fabulous resort facilities of Son Bou, where you can find a wonderful selection of shops, restaurants and café bars. If you feel like an adventure, the smaller inland town of Alaoir is just a short 15-minute drive away. With plenty to do for all generations, you’ll find a selection of museums, fashionable shops and backstreet quaint cafes.
Villa Juanita is a delightful villa that has guests returning time after time. All on one level, this ground-floor property is ideal for smaller groups and families. An open-plan living space comes complete with cosy sofas, dining facilities and a traditional-style kitchen whilst boasting open views onto the pool terrace. With neutral colours, this clean, airy space is superb for relaxing away from the midday sun. Villa Juanita also boasts three spacious bedrooms, a master double with an ensuite shower room and two twin rooms. All bedrooms feature that much-needed air conditioning to keep you cool on those warm Spanish nights. Outside is where you’ll spend most of your time, soaking up the sun in style on one of the reclining sun loungers or cooking up some tasty treats on the brick-built BBQ. An evening is best spent together under the covered terrace whilst enjoying some delicious dishes and sharing a bottle of local wine over lots of laughs and a friendly game of pool. Not to be missed is the 7x4m pool, which will no doubt be a big hit with the younger members of the family.
