Peacefully sitting in a flower filled garden and surrounded by olive groves, backed by dramatic hills, Villa Konstantina is an easy walk slightly uphill from the fishing village of Katelios, so that open sea views can be enjoyed from the pool area, terraces and upper balconies.

Built in traditional Ionian style the house is very spacious with a light filled living/dining room with large patio doors leading out to a shaded terrace and the pool terrace. An open plan kitchen is well equipped and on this floor there is also a guest WC. All three bedrooms are on the first floor, offering lovely sea views and en suite shower rooms. Beautifully decorated in romantic style, with some gorgeous art work and lots of character this is a really comfortable and charming “home from home”. The terraces, shaded and open are surrounded by beautifully tended gardens, and a large paved terrace around the pool. In addition a built in BBQ and shaded dining area ideal for al fresco meals as well as a comfortable shady sitting area…all in all a great house for a family or group of friends.

Katelios is an idyllic spot, a few tavernas along the water front, a mini market and a couple of café/bars. The beach lies alongside the tiny fishing harbour – just outside the village the beach of Aghia Varvara is an alternative for swimming and sunbathing and Skala is just a ten minute drive away.
