Villa Salom Verd is an old farmhouse which has been completely renovated and converted into a high standard modern country house with high quality furniture and finishing’s. The antique restored wooden door that dates back more than 200 years welcomes you to the house.
From the hall there is access to the bright open living/dining room with open kitchen. The living/dining room is delightfully furnished with an Italian designed teak table, chairs and comfortable sofas. This area is full of natural light as it’s surrounded by large glass windows which allows you to enjoy the fabulous views of the country, horses and also the town of Santanyi, all whilst sitting on the sofa.
The open kitchen by the dining area is furnished to a high standard. The house is all on one level and has two bedrooms. A double bedroom with ensuite walk-in shower room and access to the rear covered terrace. The other is also a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and access to the front terrace.
Villa Salom Verd is a very unique house located in a former farm that nowadays is dedicated to the breeding and recovery of the unique Mallorquin breed of horses. It is a wonderful place to enjoy an unforgettable holiday.
