Designed as a bright open space, the ground floor is a homely reprieve from the Florida sunshine with a wrap-around sofa to sink into. Swathes of natural light seep through the sliding glass doors, which open to reveal a screened-in porch to soak up the sea breeze. With a comfy outdoor sofa and alfresco dining table, you’ll be spending all day in this breezy space looking over sways of palm trees. Across the villa are four bedrooms, with two king-size bed rooms and one bunk-bed room equipped with flat-screen TVs. The master suite deserves its own mention, with a wide king-size bed, step-in shower ensuite, and sun-kissed balcony.
