We’re very excited to add the fabulous Villa Voramar with the most stunning sea views to our wonderful Cala D’Or portfolio.
As you enter the villa into the hall you are led into the living/dining area with its modern and well equipped kitchen, from here there are large sliding doors which lead onto the terrace from where you can relax and be mesmerized by the spectacular view and listen to the waves lapping against the rocks.
From this terrace a few steps down lead to the pool area which is a perfect spot to enjoy the long summer days and mild evenings reading your perfect book or taking a refreshing swim in the pool. You can also take a swim in the sea, as the villa has direct access to a small pretty rocky cove with turquoise water. From the pool area a few steps lead down to a built-in barbecue.
Villa Voramar is located in Cala Egos, a part of Cala D’Or. Within a 5 minute walk you find the small cove Caló d’es Pou and Cala Egos about 10 minutes walk. Within walking distance you will find Cala Egos centre with some shops, restaurants and bars. A little bit further away is the stylish Cala D’Or marina with superb water front restaurants. Cala D’Or centre with its bustling pedestrian area offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants, pubs with live music and several sandy coves, all only about 3km away.
