Description
Villa Xenos Dio has the wow factor when it comes to its outdoor space and stylishly showcases the unbelievable scenery. Take a short walk to the golden sands of Tigaki Beach, where you can head down for a peaceful morning swim in the warm sea water. We can just imagine afternoons spent having lunch under the shaded roof terrace whilst admiring the distant glistening Aegean Sea in the background. With your own barbecue set, you can even grill up your own outdoor feast. If relaxation is on your mind, there are plenty of sun loungers to top up the tan and a kidney-shaped swimming pool for some refreshing dips all set in a beautiful garden with colourful shrubs and flowers. Next to the pool is a raised sitting pool, a great place to sit with a drink, which overflows into the main pool.
An architectural beauty, the straight-cut design and grand glass windows make the villa glow with a modern luxe. The interiors are a breath of fresh air, shining with a crisp contemporary look and an open-plan layout that exudes spaciousness. Wrapped by large windows and sliding glass doors, the living space comes to life with swathes of natural light seeping in. The kitchen is top-notch, with high-end appliances that will please any budding chef. For an extra treat, there’s even an indoor gym featuring a treadmill and cross trainer for letting off some steam. Designed as a split level, you’ll find three bedrooms spanning the three floors, with the fourth built as a private studio with its own kitchenette and private outside entrance, but it can also be accessed from the main house.
If you can pull yourself away from the sun lounger, the sweeping white sands of Tigaki are just a stroll away, flanked by calm waters and dotted with scenic coastal paths. Evenings here run at a slower pace, with a crop of family-run Greek tavernas and live music bars. For a little buzz, Kos Town is twenty minutes away, with its harbour bursting with life with its chic bars and clubs.
